Equipment Rentals

The following equipment is available for rental. We can ship any product to your facility anywhere on the Globe. We also offer services to help set up the equipment, and get it running. Don't bother with clean up either, we can show up, break down the equipment and transport the product back
to our warehouse.

Vacuum Dehydrator (VDOPS)

This equipment effectively removes water (free, emulsified, and dissolved), gases and particulate matter from a wide variety of hydraulic and lubricating oils. The VDOPS can remove 100% free and emulsified water and 90% of dissolved water, air, and gases, reducing overall water content to as
low as 200 PPM. In addition particle counts typically be reduced to ISO cleanliness levels of
14/12/9. This model has a flow rate 60 GPM and comes with a NEMA 4 panel, Variable Frequency
Drive, Viton^® Seals, inline particle and moisture indicators.

High Flow Filtration System (HFFS)

High Flow Filtration Systems are typically used in a kidney loop configuration on large reservoirs or for high-flow oil flushing looking to remove any stuck particles or particulate on the reservoir walls or in the hydraulic or turbine lines themselves. This machine has a flow rate of 1000 GPM, and can typically reduce particulate levels to ISO Code 14/12/9. This machine is designed to handle hydraulic and lubrication oils with viscosities ranging from ISO 32 to ISO 680 and works excellent in large reservoir applications.

Varnish Removal System

This equipment is designed to quickly and efficiently remove sub-micron varnish and sludge buildup from all lube oil systems, obtaining ISO codes below 14/12/9. Standard Models are viable with Process Flow Rates from 10 GPH to 350GPH. Standard features include a NEMA 4 control panel, and extended life collector elements.

Low Flow Filtration Skids

Compact and Portable low-flow filtration systems are designed to remove particulate contamination and/or free water from a wide variety of hydraulic and lubricating oil in smaller reservoirs. Both units come with a standard "Variable Flow" bypass valve assembly, and Viton^® Seals. We have several
units ranging from 5GPMs to 15 GPMs and can handle gear oil up to ISO 1000. Particle counts can typically be reduced to ISO 14/12/9 Cleanliness Levels.

Varnish Removal

Fuel Coalescer

This machine quickly and efficiently removes free and emulsified water from gasoline and fuel oils, achieving overall water content as low as 25 PPM. Equipped with high efficiency particulate removal filter elements, these systems can also reduce the particulate counts to as low as ISO 14/12/9 Cleanliness levels. This unit has a 100GPm flow rate, includes a NEMA 4 control panel, Variable Frequency Drive, and Viton^® Seals. Also included is a inline digital particle monitor and an inline digital moisture monitor.
